Stuck in your head underneath.
You’re constantly in your head, replaying conversations and second guessing yourself.
You feel pressure to get things right, but your mind never really shuts off.
You show up for everyone else, but carry more than people realize.
You’re functioning… but something feels off underneath.
If nothing changes, this doesn’t go away. It repeats.
